We believe God has called and equipped all of us to serve
and share our gifts. We believe serving together is the key
to the abundant life we have in Christ.

We want everyone 13 years old or older to be involved in this process and each person needs to fill out the form independently. (Each individual in a household should complete their own questionnaire.)

Respondents should expect to be contacted within three weeks of completion by multiple staff and ministry leaders based on your specific responses.
